A multi-purpose series, bred as a cutflower however the young leaves can be eaten like spinach the seeds harvested as Quinoa and used like rice. Available in Gold, Pink, Red, Vanilla and White. All varieties turn green before they mature to their final colour.

Typical vase life: 7-10 days.

Maturity: Early, grown as an annual, prefers full sun.

Best period to harvest: cutflower, once the stems turn to their final flower colour, young leaves for salads and once the flowers set seed as Quinoa.

Production: open field.

Culinary use: eat young leaves in salads or harvest seeds as Quinoa after flowering is over.
