Choy Sum ‘Purple Tower’ is best grown as an annual with crunchy distinctive tasty purple stems. The leaves and flowers can also be eaten, having a mild mustard flavour. Extensively used in Asian cooking, either blanched, in soups, salads or authentic stir fry dishes.
