Cucumber ‘Madras’ has 25cm long mottled green fruits with yellowish green stripes and creamy white flesh. Heralding from the Indian sub-continent where the sweet yet tangy fruits are chopped and cooked in curries, stir-fries and has high antioxidant levels.
