A Tapas pepper, ‘Padron’ originates in Northern Spain, from the town of Padrón, this is the original heritage seed strain, 0 to 10,000 SHU. The fruits are 4cm long, deep green and sweet however it occasional produces a hot fruit, so be warned, best fried or grilled.
